What Are HANDii Bands?

Hi! I see a lot of you asked what HANDii Bands are. I wanted to provide more information. Feel free to pass this along to your travel/rec coaches! I believe these would be a great addition to your pre-practice/pre-game warm-up routines! Also, these are awesome for ALL position players, not just pitchers! I have my online girls use these before and after EVERY lesson.
My youtube channel has 10 days of free online training using these bands. I suggest girls use these 4-5 times a week! It takes about 3 minutes to complete a solid HANDii workout! Let me know if you have any questions. Please forward this email to your teammates/coaches. I wouldn't promote something unless I believed in it. These are a great tool and super versatile for the girls to use!
I suggest the pack with 4 bands... Because later on down the road the girls will need the stronger ones. But, if you want a pack of two, I would say the yellow and red bands are best for girls 12 & under and the blue & green are good for 13+. The blue & green band makes me tired!!! I really can feel the burn after a few sets of certain workouts. I also like wearing these when I'm working on spin. With COVID, I haven't had my in-person girls use these as much. I only have a few sets... Once things slow down we will use them during lessons more.
These also are easy to clean! Soap/hot water & let them air dry! I suggest keeping them in a plastic ziplock bag so you don't lose them in your bat bag/workout bag.
