Four-Seven-Eight Breathing Challenge

- Sit or stand comfortably in a relaxed position.
- Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of four seconds.
- Hold your breath for a count of seven seconds.
- Exhale slowly and completely through your mouth for a count of eight seconds.
- Repeat the cycle for a designated number of rounds, aiming to maintain a steady rhythm and focus on each breath.
Challenge:
- Start with completing three rounds of the four-seven-eight breathing technique.
- Gradually increase the number of rounds as you become more comfortable with the exercise.
- Challenge yourself to maintain a consistent pace and deepen your breaths with each round.
